Hi. My name is Ariah Keller. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in working with adults, teens and children who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship struggles or health concerns. I have been licensed for 12 years and have worked in the mental health and health care field for 28 years. I have two masters degrees, one in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on children and families and the other in Holistic Health. My years of experience working in disaster mental health, the schools, a grief and loss program, and my experiences as an instructor at Kaiser teaching an 8 week Managing Depression class and an Effective Communiation class have deepeed my understanding and ability to help people that are going through a difficult time. Coming full circle from my initial studies in Holistic Healing I have reincoroporated focusing on the body in my work with clients. As a Somatic Experiencing Practioner I can gently guide people to tune into the wisdom of their body. Helping people settle/calm their nervous systems and find inner strength and resilience is exciting and profound work. Clients can heal old or new traumas, reduce pain, anxiety and depression in a gentle way that honors the individual andhis/her body. With commpassion, humor and play I offer numerous tools to help people connect with their deeper authentic selves and thus be more empowered, healthy and happy in their lives.
