I am a licensed psychotherapist and provide effective means for understanding one's situation and making changes for positive growth. I work with individuals and couples on a variety of issues including depression, internal critical voice, grief, creative blocks, life transitions and spiritual awareness. I am a lifelong artist and musician, therefore I understand and work with many creative people who are visual artists, musicians, writers. I am trained in Transpersonal Psychology with additional training in Expressive Arts/including sound and music and Somatic mind/body awareness.
My office is calm. It is located in lower Pac Heights near BART and Golden Gate bridge, set back from the street with a garden entrance. I offer sliding scale fees and free telephone consultation.
