I work with individuals and couples on a variety of issues including depression, internal critical voice, grief, creative blocks, life transitions and spiritual awareness. I am a lifelong artist and musician, therefore I understand and work with many creative people who are visual artists, musicians, writers. I am trained in Transpersonal Psychology with additional training in Expressive Arts/including sound and music and Somatic mind/body awareness. My office is calm.
