Offering a holistic (body-mind-spirit) approach to psychotherapy, I have been accompanying and supporting adults for over 15 years, as they uncover their best, truest self. With advanced degrees in clinical social work and pastoral counseling, I enjoy addressing such issues as grief/loss/life transitions (death, unemployment, aging, infertility, miscarriage, separation/divorce, retirement) as well as intimacy, addictions, anxiety and depression. Having worked in the corporate world, I bring a variety of lived experiences as I welcome working with multicultural adults and couples, as well as the geriatric and gay/lesbian populations. Additionally, I successfully treat families coping with chronically mentally ill or terminally ill relatives. With post-graduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, I bring a spiritually-sensitive approach to treating myriad psychiatric and emotional disorders in both long and short-term therapy. I have the deepest respect for, and learn from, my clients as they grapple with the profound challenges of making changes in their lives.
