One is to assist low income seniors in their housing, financial planning, property maintenance and day to day living. The second is to provide housing, counseling, school and/or job assistance to homeless gay teens. Currently, I am doing this without the assistance of an attorney to save money, but by doing so, it is taking a lot longer then I would like.
