An affordable week or more in the wild offer, to interested clientele on High Rock Lake, in a community watched village of fun and quietness in North Carolina.
We are promoting a Vacation Membership program that will afford a week's lodging in a two bedroom, two bath, laundry, kitchen, living room and deck, that is overlooking High Rock Lake, located between Greensboro/Winston Salem and Charlotte, North Carolina.? (fourty five minutes from Charlotte; fourty five minutes from Greensboro, two hours from Raleigh I-85, two and a half hours from Ashville I-85 and I-40).
Besides fishing, boating, skiing, canoeing, sailing, swimming, biking, hiking and billiards available on sight, there are other year round interests close by: two golf courses, ranch, 245 acre park for paddle boating, gem mining, picnic, minature golf course, small animal zoo, batting cage, train ride, hiking, as well as shopping and churches of all different faiths as well as NAZCAR (car racing) thirty minutes away.
Vacation Membership for occupancy of four, maximum occupancy, can be yours for $37.50 each month(12 payments yearly) or $450.00 (one time yearly payment) for a one week reservation. Membership rights begin after the membership fee is paid, which will be used for expenses incurred to maintain the property and in the comfort of the members, as well as expansions for future entertainment and growth. Should a member fail to make a payment, the member will lose their week and forfeit payments, but may enter the membership at another time, crediting the previous transactions to the new transaction. There will only be fifty two (52) time slots to choose from and once the slots have been filled, it is hoped that there will be unity between the members to exchange their weeks, but not permanently, lose their original choice. The members will also be able to choose another time slot more favorable to them once a member has declined to renew. We will also be receptive to constructive suggestions that will encourage clean and enjoyable valued entertainment.
The Founder is affording this program to family, friends, business associates and staff to live with nature and enjoy High Rock lake here in North Carolina.
