Capital Pride Festival is Canada's 4th largest GLBT week long celebration. The Capital Pride Parade on the final day of the Festival , Sunday August 24, is Ottawa's most colourful parade and winds its way past the landmarks of Canada's political history - the Supreme Court, Parliament Hill, Gardens of the Provinces ending at Ottawa's Cith Hall.
The outdoor stage show, vendor fair and childrens' areas all await there and the party goes till 11pm and continues on at the famous After-Party till 4:00am. Everyone should do the Nation's Capital Pride at least once in their life. 2008 theme - 'Live Your Pride!'
