The Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force (PATF) is dedicated to saving, sustaining and empowering the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS and preventing the spread of infections. We provide compassionate Support and Prevention services. PATF offers FREE and CONFIDENTIAL HIV Testing. Testing hours are: Monday - 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tuesday - 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Wednesday and Thursday - 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM Friday - 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM No appointment necessary.
