Nancy and I enjoy working with first time home buyers; families relocating to our beautiful area; and those down sizing or up grading. I also enjoy teaching, on a regular basis, Home Buying Seminars for the public.

Real Estate is a complicated, technical and legally changing industry. I take continuous education classes every year. To serve you at a higher level I have earned the following designations:
* e-PRO:Completion of the National Association of Realtors e-PRO technology certification program.
* GRI:Graduate, Realtor Institute, the foundation of all continuing Real Estate education.
* ABR:Accredited Buyer Representative, the bench mark of excellence in buyer representation.This is an important designation, that emphasizes protecting the buyers' best interest.
* CRS:Certified Residential Specialist is the highest designation awarded in residential sales.Only 5% of all real estate agents have earned this designation.
