Urban Balance, L.L.C. is a counseling group practice of independent practitioners founded in 2003 that provides comprehensive wellness services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The Urban Balance (UB) staff are licensed therapists who specialize in a broad range of issues related to mental health, substance abuse, relationships concerns and career development. The therapists of Urban Balance are well trained, credentialed, experienced, relatable and truly invested in our work with our clients. UB therapists use treatment approaches and techniques that are best suited and most effective for each individual client's needs.
