Back in Action Physical Therapy in Portland Oregon is a professional corporation owned and operated by Ted Ellquist, PT. The mission I have for Back in Action is to offer quality physical therapy services while maintaining ethical standards. My vision includes providing individualized one to one treatment time while educating clients for self empowerment.

For each client coming to Back in Action Physical Therapy, we will provide a full hour specialized assessment using the McKenzie Method in our spacious, comfortable office. Based on this evaluation, we will discuss the findings and recommendations for further treatment with the client.

We understand that not everyone needing care has adequate health insurance here in Portland, Oregon. Back In Action Physical Therapy provides a generous 30% discount to private pay clients and will charge you only your in-network co-pay or deductible even if your insurance does not carry us as an in-network provider.
