Often we view our lives, others, and ourselves through outdated, ineffective modes of interpretation based on past experiences.
Meaning can become lost because of a disconnection from our present existence and from our own authentic selves. Often
we lack effectiveness in regulating emotions, making decisions, and managing thought processes and interactions with
others, leading to a sense of being a target or victim of life.
I help my clients
learn the valuable skills necessary to become “unstuck” and experience a greater sense of self empowerment.
Utilizing cognitive behavioral and family therapy techniques, as well as a solution oriented, judgment-free approach, my clients
learn to re-view their lives and relationships with a new sense of meaning and success. Mindfulness and increased
self-awareness are integral to this process and can be an exciting and fun experience for those who choose to make a commitment
to this kind of personal growth.
