Why suffer?

From Fibromyalgia to heel spurs, to chronic low back pain, Orthopedic Massage is the "CSI" of pain.  Scientific muscle testing and range of motion tests determine exactly which muscles are affected, and how.  Orthopedic and Deep Tissue therapies like Trigger Point, Muscle Energy Technique, Soft Tissue Release, and Sports techniques are used to help your body release restrictions and holding patterns, allowing it to move the way it should.

I have over 20 years of experience with Orthopedic and Medical Massage -

I help everyday people, just like you, get their lives back.

I have been practicing Orthopedic & Medical Massage since 1984.  For more than 20 years now, my job has been to help people get their lives back.  Often after serious accidents, illnesses, injuries, or surgery.  Much of my work is centered on deep tissue therapies, surgery prevention, and chronic pain relief. When Day Spa pampering just isn't enough, I offer the expertise and experience to help my clients live the life they want instead of fighting just to cope with pain.

Primary therapy modalities include Medical Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Release, Muscle Energy Technique, Neuromuscular Re-Education, Soft Tissue Release, Sports Massage, and Reflexology. I've worked with Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, Chronic Myofascial Pain, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and all sorts of chronic pain.

I expect my clients to feel relief in their first session. Sometimes there is some soreness, but they should feel a noticeable reduction in pain, and improvement in the quality of their movement.  If I can't get consistent and significant improvement in 3 sessions, I'll do my best to send the client to someone who can.

I'm pleased to accept clients at
