| Mindy L. Hitchcock is an experienced Michigan family law practitioner with a proven record of excellent results for her clients. In a field known to reward “scorched earth” tactics that often leave families devastated, she has adopted a distinctly holistic approach to divorce law which is based on a clear eyed recognition that divorce is an outworking of life-changing forces which can be mastered and channeled to the highest good for all concerned.
In college, Ms. Hitchcock’s unique communication and research skills led to her induction into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. In 2006, she was elected President of the International Alliance of Holistic Lawyers, one of the oldest organizations of its kind. As a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Family Law Section and the Collaborative Law Institute of Michigan, she works to promote continuing strong family relationships for divorcing couples, by regular contributions to periodicals and other writings.
